Lisa Hall-FNP-C

Lisa is a certified family nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience. She graduated with high honors from the Nurse Practitioner Program at BYU with a masters degree. She has worked most of her years in primary care, but also worked in Neurology and OB/GYN for several years. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she worked as an RN in labor and delivery and Newborn ICU. 

She has special interest in autoimmune disease and complications that arise system wide due to autoimmune processes. She loves medical research as she tries to get to the root of her patient’s problems. She considers inflammation, infection, comorbidities, mental health state, and physiology in her diagnostic process. She also likes to help those with fatigue, dysautonomia, various headaches, fibromyalgia, diabetes and endocrine issues, obesity, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, OCD. In addition to wellness exams for all ages, she is knowledgeable in hormone replacement and alternative options as well as birth control, including IUD insertion. 

She sees herself as a health guide and tries to offer several options in healing paths to help patients find what aligns with their comfort level. She will encourage you to challenge yourself to make small steps of progress over time. She has learned from her own medical trials with celiac disease, headaches, back problems and other issues, that big challenges can be overcome with daily diligence and use of various healing methods. She will gladly cheer you on in your own progress and struggles. 

She enjoys renovating apartments and listening to books with her husband (favorites are Project Hail Mary and Stormlight series by Brandon Sanderson). She has 3 children and a son in law that bring her great joy. Favorite hobbies are bike rides, tent camping, and learning Irish Dance. She especially loves waterslides and can’t imagine Heaven without them.
