Karsen, Receptionist 

 

Karsen is originally from Indiana and earned her Music degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2023. Over the past several years, she has worked as a medical receptionist, where she developed a passion for both patient care and the healthcare field. She enjoys helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Karsen loves reading, cooking, playing the cello, and attending Zumba classes. She and her husband are excited to welcome their baby boy this November and are looking forward to this new adventure as a family.
