Our Providers

Jaylee loves making magic happen at Health and Vitality. She is a state and nationally certified medical assistant who makes it her top priority to help patients feel comfortable while also assisting the providers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Jaylee is currently attending Utah Valley University and majoring in Biology. When she's not at work or school, she enjoys hanging out with her family, chilling with her friends, and traveling the world. She also enjoys volleyball, ballroom dancing, watching movies, reading, and anything to do with the outdoors.

Haylee is a nationally certified Medical Assistant from Spanish Fork, UT. Haylee loves helping people and is constantly learning and trying to become better. Haylee knew from the time she was a little girl that she wanted to work in Healthcare and has never given up on that dream. Haylee is currently attending BYU studying Nursing and loves every second of it. When Haylee isn't at work, school, or studying she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, hiking, listening to music, and going on drives. Haylee also enjoys playing softball, volleyball, and traveling.

Hailey just married her high school sweetheart. She is an esthetician but also loves being a receptionist so she says this job is perfect for her. She is hoping to go back to school and get her master esthetician license. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys going camping and boating.

Tiffany has been a licensed Master Esthetician since 2010. She developed a business plan and built a successful home spa up in Midway, UT shortly after becoming licensed. She also ran a MedSpa for a local Plastic Surgeon. She has a passion for esthetics and thoroughly enjoys making a difference. She's also a Medical Assistant and will be assisting at times in the clinic.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. She loves Pilates, music, documentaries, road trips, traveling, gardening, helping others, watching football and long walks. She's very excited to be part of the team at Health & Vitality!
