Annette Chichia, FNP-C
As a Nurse Practitioner, Annette believes that true healing happens when we look beyond symptoms to uncover what's really going on beneath the surface. Her approach combines the best of conventional medicine with integrative strategies that address the whole person.
Annette earned her Master's degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Throughout her career, she has worked with patients across all stages of life in diverse clinical settings, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her experience includes designing personalized hormone optimization protocols, developing metabolic wellness programs, and helping patients restore energy and vitality through evidence-based interventions.
What drives Annette's passion for integrative care is deeply personal. She witnessed firsthand how the right provider, one willing to dig deeper and truly listen, can change everything. This experience shaped her commitment to aspire to be that provider for others, especially for those who feel unheard or dismissed by the healthcare system. As a bilingual practitioner, she's also dedicated to making quality care accessible to Spanish-speaking patients who might otherwise face barriers to getting the answers they deserve.
Outside of the clinic, Annette is a new mom to a 6-month-old and enjoys spending time with her family.
She looks forward to partnering with you on your health journey.
