DR. ARLENE JOHNSTON, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Johnston graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice.  She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University. Dr. Johnston is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Utah Nurse Practitioners and Utah Hormone Providers. She is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner & provides care for patients of all ages. 

Dr. Johnston is married and has 8 children and 11 grandchildren.  In addition, she and her husband have been foster parents to 17 children.  She is a functional medicine provider and loves helping men, women, and children understand how to feel their best.  She listens to concerns and actively involves patients in developing a personalized health plan. Dr. Johnston not only wants patients to feel their best, but loves to help them look their best.  Before pursuing her Doctorate, Dr. Johnston owned a Day Spa near Coeur d'Alene, ID where she used to live with her family.  Her passion has continued as she incorporates the treatments of a MedSpa into her Functional Medicine Clinic.

When Dr. Johnston is not seeing patients, she spends her time reading, researching, exercising, spending time with her husband, children, their spouses, and her grandchildren, and serving at church.
